Membership Practice Cycles
How it Works
Cycles of 5 Topics
A cycle is a sequence that's repeated
The goal of repeating the same topics is to gradually add more information and build upon it.
When you return to the same topic, your awareness has increased and it becomes easier to recall from memory.
The topics are organized in the order of what takes the least amount of memory to the most amount of memory:
1. Prosody (hear the "music" of the speech)
2. Word Stress (feel the rhythm)
3. Vowels (stretch and shorten)
4. Consonants (stop and flow)
5. Listening and Imitation
-
Each week is a single topic with examples (and audio).
-
After 5 weeks there are assessment exercises for each topic.
-
Coaching Track receives weekly feedback and evaluations.
